The process has changed for new referees to include an online and on field course. The online course will take 5-6 hours complete where these are clinics you will need to review. The on field course will require you to register but they are not set-up right now and hope to have them available to sign up for by the end of July.
Go to www.ncsra.org to begin the process. By certifying now, you will be certified for the remainder of 2021. Once you are on the site, go to How to Become a USSF Referee in North Carolina then select the link at the bottom of the page for Grassroots Referee. Please read and follow ALL the instructions on the NCSRA website.

Please note, if you should get “An error has occur when an error occurred when trying to register your account to this clinic” when attempting to access the coursework, then this would be due to your Internet Browser. Please remove the cookies and cache of your Internet Browser. Restart your browser, or even switch your browser to something like Google Chrome, or Mozilla Firefox. It also might be best to restart your computer after you have done this.
